Damn all the bad luck!
I was asked to sub a Crossfit-type class at my gym and lo and behold, I can’t do it.
2nd time this has happened…one day, ONE DAY I’ll be able to kick some ass. :)

17 miles with friends. But not just 17 miles on roads. This run included trails (my first time!) and hills. LONG, slow inclines. This run was tough (finished in 3:50) but it was the encouragement of these ladies that got me through. They never left my side and cheered me on.
